How can I book a house?  

1. Choose a house on our site, using the menu "House Search."
2. Call +39070684545 to ask for availability of the house.
3. Make a deposit on our current account to confirm booking.
4. Fax or mail us the deposit receipt to +390706848068
5. Upon arrival of your fax, booking will be confirmed

Note:
- Amount of deposit and account information will be communicated to you by mail or telephone
- Read the description of the house you have selected very carefully
- Carefully read the "General Contract Conditions."

How can I locate houses on the site?

• Look on the left of your screen, where you will find the menu "House Search."
• There are three ways to look for a house:
  1. The Map: look for the area and click on the map to find a page where you will be able to select houses in that area, classified according to their location and characteristics.
  2. Direct Search: look directly in our whole on-line catalogue, under location and characteristsics.
  3. All Houses: go to the page where all the locations are listed, click on the locality and you will find a list of houses.
