The houses listed on www.tuscanypoint.com are privately-owned holiday homes. The houses on tuscanypoint.com belong to different quality categories according to:
- the type of property
- finishing touches
- fittings
- locality
- position.

We view the houses and verify that they meet our quality standards for each category.

Keep in mind, however, that a house is not a hotel:
it's normal, just as it's normal in the houses we live in, to find some minor defects.

Honesty > no surprises
We attempt to give you all the information possible for choosing your house directly from the site:
we want you to be satisfied with what we're selling you and the service we're providing you with.

• Keys-in-hand price
  The price of the house is clearly stated, and there are no surprises on arrival.
  When there are additional charges, they are always specified. Supplementary costs and/or end-of-stay cleaning are always listed. Our commission is always included in the price. Before renting, you know exactly how much you'll spend.
  
  
• On-site house description
  The house description is designed to be as objective as possible.
  We do not express our opinions or use expressions like "delightful house."
  If you want to know our opinion of a house, you will find it, when we express one, in a separate article.
  
  
• On-site photos
  The photos you find on-line are precisely the photos of the house in question.
  You will find a minimum of 8 photos of the interior and exterior.
  
  
• Call center - continuous contact, no doubts
  You can call our call center 11 hours a day (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) for any information on the house prior to booking. Clear up any doubts you may have before making a decision.
