HOW TO BOOK THE HOUSE YOU SELECT the step-by-step procedure
Before calling us to book, we advise you to:
- select the house (or houses) you would like to rent on the site
- note the name of the house, the location and the period you have chosen
- clear up any doubts you might have with our staff
There are three steps in booking: "Ascertaining Availability," "Finalizing Booking" and "Completing Booking." Here is each one in detail:
1 - Ascertaining Availability of the House:
- Call +39070684545 and communicate the name of the house, the location and the period selected to our staff
- We ascertain availability of the house, contacting the owner: you will have a reply within 24 hours.
2 - Finalizing booking:
- If the owner confirms the house is available for the period selected, we will ask you to send us a written request for booking (by e-mail or fax) in which you specify a series of details that will be communicated to you (by e-mail or fax).
- As soon as we receive your written booking request, we will hold the house for you for 48 hours.
3 - Completing booking:
- To complete booking, you must make a confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total rental price within 48 hours of the written booking request. You may pay by bank transfer to the E-Sardinia account or by credit card.
- When you have effected payment, you must provide written confirmation of the 30% deposit, sending us deposit details by e-mail or fax.
- At this point the house is booked in your name.
4 - After booking:
- We will communicate the terms and instructions for payment of the balance.
- We will give you all information relative to your arrival (picking up keys, how to reach the house,...)
Important Instructions - Read Carefully:
- Before requesting booking, we advise you to read the Conditions and Mistakes to Avoid.
- The balance of the rent must be forwarded one month before the arrival date.

- Prices, availability and characteristics of properties on this site may vary for market or legal reasons.
- For technical or commercial reasons, Tuscany Point may at any time modify the proposals presented.
- Ongoing negotiations are not subject to modification.
