MISTAKES  TO  AVOID
Our rare misunderstandings with our customers arise for the following reasons.

Reading this page is the best preamble to your holiday.

• We can give you information and, if you want, advice, but you're the one that has to decide. If you're travelling with a group, it's a bit difficult to consider everyone's needs; ask your friends to be flexible. If they have left the choice up to you, they'll have to accept what you decide in any case.
  
  
• Choose the house with your husband or wife.
  Husbands often decide without consulting their wives. Once they arrive in Tuscany and have to face their wives' complaints, they clumsily try to blame the agency.
  Choose the house together!! 
  
  
• "I'm very fussy and I pay attention to all the details..."
  You're right, but remember that this is a holiday home: if you're looking for perfection, you can only find it in a hotel (and sometimes not even there). Our houses, like all others, may have some minor defects, but not to the extent that they detract from a normal stay.
  
  
• If something is not specified, don't take it for granted that it's there: ask our staff
  You have e-mail and a toll-free number at your disposal: use them to ask us what you want to know about the house. We always attempt to give you all the information possible directly on the site, but we will never manage to include everything.
  
  
• If you don't feel the house meets your needs, please don't book it.
  Don't be satisfied with substitutes. If what we offer is not what you had in mind, it's better if you decide not to take the house.
  
  
• In no case is it possible to change the house rented.
  Houses are not interchangeable because they are not all the same and they have different owners. So choose carefully, reading all the information in the house description and contacting us, before booking, to clear up any doubts.
  
  
• Travelling with several couples? The rooms are not all the same...
  You will be sleeping in different rooms: remember that all the rooms are not exactly alike. This means that one will be bigger than another.
  The rooms in a house are not a standard product like hotel rooms: they were designed to meet the owner's needs.
  
  
• Watch your expectations
  Our catalogue includes above-average annd average houses fit for the established purpose (tourism, for a limited time-period), with varying degrees of comfort. It happens that in some cases customers do not read the list of equipment, do not read the characteristics and simply look at the photos. Please do so: read the whole description carefully and look at the photos. We have compiled the house descrptiuon after having actually seen the house.
