Who do the houses on TuscanyPoint (TP) belong to?
The houses listed on TuscanyPoint are mostly privately-owned holiday homes. However, on TP you can also find residences having several flats, conceived specifically for tourist purposes.

What can I do on TP?
You can choose a house for your holiday in Tuscany. For each house you will find:
-  a detailed description listing services and prices
- at least 8 photos of the interior and exterior
and you can book by e-mail or toll-free number 848 580081 from 09.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

What guarantee do I have that house information is true?
- All houses listed on tuscanypoint.com have actually been seen by our staff.
- All photos and information have been taken and compiled directly by TuscanyPoint.
-  House descrptions may seem a bit cold, but information is objective. We do not express opinions.
-  There is a toll-free number: if you have any doubts, call before booking.  

Can I pay by credit card?
Of course. Tuscany Point works with Banca Sella, where it has its on-line site for absolutely safe transactions.
